The probable cause statement said following a search warrant dated April 26, 2018, that both men were found in possession of more than 200 images of a prepubescent female in various stages of undress and completely nude.

An hour-long video of a a prepubescent female in a white robe and silver high heels in precarious positions rubbing oil all over her body was also discovered by investigators, the PC statement said.

Printed material and several CDs containing child pornography were found in David Jeremy’s bedroom, including altered images that depicted the retired man engaging in sexual acts with children, the PC statement said.

David Jeremy admitted to investigators that he had been viewing child pornography daily after retiring because he “couldn’t think of other things to do.”

David’s brother, Kevin Jeremy, admitted to investigators that he’d been viewing child pornography for more than 15 years.
